We explored the nearby hiking trails and had a great time at the Pearl Street Mall. The flat-screen televisions were perfect for a chill movie night after a long day. Definitely check out local restaurants. the food scene is amazing!
We faced a bit of a wait for check-in, which was frustrating after a long drive.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed and Mountain View offers stunning views that definitely enhance the stay. The open design allows ample natural light, making the space feel inviting and bright.
Pricing seemed elevated during a busy CU football weekend, especially when I noticed lower rates just before arrival. The shower design, while modern, had a tendency to let water escape onto the bathroom floor, which could be a hassle. Parking signs felt insufficiently marked, leading to some confusion on where to go.

We loved our spacious room with a kitchenette where we prepped lunch for our family, and the heated pool let us relax after a day of fun. The hot jacuzzi next to the pool was perfect for warming up, though the pool itself was a bit cooler than we expected. A tip for future guests, definitely take advantage of the kitchenette for easy meals! 😊

Family with kids will love it
We stayed in a queen studio two queen beds sofa bed which was perfect for us and our guests. The kitchen made it easy to whip up lunch for the family, a nice change from takeout.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious with plenty of storage, making it comfortable for our stay. Breakfast offerings included organic jams, and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. However, some nearby dining options were permanently closed, making food access more challenging than anticipated. A detailed cleaning of the bathroom would enhance the overall experience further.
